About Avaly
I am a qualified relationship and psychosexual therapist with over 16 yrs of experience of working with clients in private practise as well as in organisations such as Relate. I have a real passion for the work I do and I’m committed towards helping individuals and couples to work through their issues in a safe and non-judgemental environment. I understand we all have to face difficult moments in life, and so I provide a space for you to work through these challenges and find healthy ways and practical tools to change or manage them.
My role in the therapy room is to work with you through the situations that are affecting you or your relationships. For many people these can include communication difficulties, affairs, past relationships, difficulties forming relationships, separation or mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. I also specialise in working with clients who struggle with sexual dysfunctions including loss of desire, vaginismus, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and delayed ejaculation. The work I do as a psychosexual therapist is specifically tailored to help individuals or couples to manage sexual difficulties they may have developed.
